Approximately 5 acre parcel just 3 minute drive from Downtown Cornelius and 5 minutes from Hillsboro. Annexed land into City of Cornelius. Designed optimum layout for creation of a 23-lot subdivision around 5,000 sq ft per lot.

Complex project requiring annexation, zone change, land use planning and working with City of Cornelius, Washington County, ODOT, CWS and City of Forest Grove – all completed in approx. 18 months.

Sold land, land-use entitlements/approvals and full construction drawings for site infrastructure ready for construction.
