Project Description
1.35 acres of R24-zoned land on Beaverton/Aloha boundary. With Nike doubling its campus population just a mile away this was an opportunity not to be missed. Hence the name – Ekin Terrace – Nike spelled backwards!
Designed for twenty-six lots for c. 1,600 sq-ft duplexes and triplexes. Improvements include half-street along Blanton St and a 28-ft public street winding through the site with 5-ft curb tight sidewalks and street trees on both sides. Eight of the homes are rear-loaded on an alley. Water quality facility to detain and treat onsite runoff and Blanton St LIDA box for street runoff.
A property line adjustment (PLA) was done to increase size of the parcel for the subdivision. Remaining house on smaller SW 18235 lot was renovated and sold in February 2018. Existing house at SW 18165 was demolished and 75% recycled.
Lots finished March 2019, builder-ready with all utilities stubbed for hook-up.
