Sustainable Infill Development was commissioned complete the planning and design process with the City of Portland for all site development and house designs, ready for final permit application in buyer’s name, for this 0.33 acre parcel for building 7 detached dwellings (technically condos – R2DC).
Area was reclassified R5 but this project was grandfathered in under R2 zoning regs. Site development and house building was planned to take place at the same time – no waiting for land use planning.
Each dwelling 3 floors, 1,481 sq ft living space (not including double garage), 3-bed, 2.5 bath. Modern style. Site development included demo existing house, frontage, private drive, WQF, utilities.
